Stat. <br /> 9412.191. $ubd. 4, directed that a <br /> summary 01 the Ordinance be published. <br /> Arden Hills Ordinance No. 355 is entitled <br /> "An Ordinance Relating to Service <br /> Stations 'n In. Gateway Business <br /> District" and will become effective the day . <br /> following publication of this Ordinance <br /> summary. The Ordinance establishes <br /> service stations as uses which may be <br /> allowed in the Gateway Business District <br /> only after approval of a Special Use <br /> Permit.
