July 28, 2025, Regular City Council <br />M ION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the July 28, 2025, Special City Council Work Session <br />meeting minutes as amended and the July 28, 2025, Regular City Council <br />meeting minutes as amended. The motion carried (5-0). <br />8. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br />B. Motion to Accept Resignation of Deb Fellows from the Economic Development <br />Commission (EDC) <br />C. Motion to Approve Resolution 2025-054 Accepting Donation from Arden Hills <br />Foundation <br />D. Motion to Approve Resolution 2025-055 Giving Preliminary Approval to the <br />Issuance and Sale of Revenue Bonds or Other Obligations, and Approving a Deed <br />Application and Scheduling a Public Hearing Regarding the Same <br />E. Motion to Appr-elve Statement regarding immigration Aefivifies <br />F. Motion to Approve Appointment of Public Works Maintenance Worker <br />M ION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as amended and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. Motion to Approve Statement regarding Immigration Activities <br />Councilmember Weber read the City's immigration activities statement in full for the record. <br />M ION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Rousseau seconded a <br />motion to approve statement regarding immigration activities.
