State of the City Update <br />City Administrator Jagoe stated the City Council has decided to host an in -person State of the <br />City event on Saturday, February 20, at 10 a.m. at City Hall. Light refreshments will be provided <br />for attendees. Nine North will record, edit, and post a recording of the event online. Staff <br />reviewed the topics that will be addressed and asked if the Council wanted to hold a Q&A <br />segment at the State of the City event. <br />Mayor Grant questioned how long the event would be. <br />
