City of Arden Hills <br />2028 Pavement Management Project <br />Proposal QTB221496 <br />September4, 2025 <br />Report <br />We will prepare a report including: <br />A sketch showing the exploration and GPR locations. <br />■ Logs of the borings describing the materials encountered and presenting the results of our <br />groundwater measurements and laboratory tests. <br />A photographic pavement core log. <br />GPR thickness results (graphical and/or electronic). <br />A summary of the subsurface profile and groundwater conditions. <br />Discussion identifying the subsurface conditions that will impact design and construction. <br />■ Discussion regarding the reuse of on -site materials during construction. <br />Recommendations for preparing utility and pavement subgrades, pavement rehabilitation method, <br />and the selection, placement, and compaction of fill. <br />■ Recommendations for the pavement section design (including assumed R-value), recommended <br />pavement reclamation or milling depths, and spot utility replacement. <br />We will only submit an electronic copy of our report to you unless you request otherwise. At your request, we <br />can also send the report to additional project team members. <br />Schedule <br />We anticipate performing our work according to the following schedule. <br />GPR mobilization —within 2 weeks following receipt of written authorization <br />Pavement coring mobilization — after GPR is performed, which would be about 1 week after <br />Drill rig mobilization —within 5 weeks following receipt of written authorization <br />GPR field exploration —1 day on site to complete the GPR <br />■ Soil boring field exploration —1 day on site to complete the soil borings <br />Pavement coring exploration — 2 days on site to complete the pavement cores <br />Classification and laboratory testing — within 2 weeks after completion of field exploration <br />■ Preliminary results —within 2 weeks after completion of field exploration <br />■ Draft report submittal — about 3 weeks of after completion of field exploration <br />■ Final report submittal —within 5 days of receiving comments on the draft report and depending on the <br />complexity of the comments <br />Braun Intertec Page 6 <br />
