Motion carried at <br />2:02pm. <br /> <br />Discussion of litigation. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner McGuire seconded by Commissioner Weber to reopen the meeting. <br />Motion carried at 3:58 pm. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner McGuire to adjourn seconded by Commissioner Weber.
