The Applicant shall record the Final Plat with Ramsey County within sixty (60) <br />days of the JDA’s approval and a copy of the recorded plat shall be provided to <br />the City. <br />2. All items identified in the September 2, 2025, City PW/Engineering Division <br />memo shall be addressed prior to the recording of the Final Plat. All comments <br />shall be adopted herein by reference. <br /> <br />• Approval as Submitted: Motion to approve JDA Planning Case 25-003 and adopt <br />Resolution 2025-002 for a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of Outlot C a 372.04 acre <br />parcel within Rice Creek Commons, based on the findings of fact and the submitted <br />plans in the September 9, 2025 Report to the Joint Development Authority Board. <br /> <br />• Denial: Motion to deny JDA Planning Case 25-003 for a Preliminary Plat and Final <br />Plat of Outlot C a 372.04 acre parcel within Rice Creek Commons, based on the <br />following findings: findings to deny should specifically reference the reasons for <br />denial and why those reasons cannot be mitigated. <br /> <br />• Table: Motion to table JDA Planning Case 25-003 for a Preliminary Plat and Final <br />Plat of Outlot C a 372.04 acre parcel within Rice Creek Commons: a specific reason <br />and information request should be included with a motion to table. <br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br />Notice of the public hearing for the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat was published in the Pioneer <br />Press on August 29, 2025, and mailed to all properties within 1,000 feet of the Subject Property. <br />Staff has not received any public comments regarding this application. <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on August 15, 2025. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the Joint Development Authority is required to act on this <br />request by October 13, 2025 (60 days). <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
