<br />This memo summarizes the review of the preliminary and final plat documents received on August 18,
<br />2025.
<br />
<br />
<br />Preliminary Plat
<br />1. Use a right-of-way line type for all existing right-of-way to help differentiate between parcel lines
<br />on all Sheets.
<br />2. On Sheet 1, label Sheet 2
<br />3. On Sheet 1, label match lines.
<br />4. On Sheets 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, include in the legend, if not separately labeled on the graphic, all
<br />feature symbols, feature line types, utility lines, buildings, etc.
<br />5. On Sheets 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, label all concrete surfaces, bituminous surfaces, trails, etc.
<br />6. On Sheet 1, Sheet 2 and Sheet 6, include in parenthesis C.S.A.H. 13 along with the name of Rice
<br />Creek Blvd.
<br />7. Label the widths of all adjoining existing right-of-way, if width varies, indicate so.
<br />8. On Sheet 1, Sheet 2 and Sheet 3, label the existing right-of-way of C.S.A.H. 13 in the plat of RICE
<br />CREEK COMMONS, with solid lettering.
<br />9. On Sheet 1, Sheet 2 and Sheet 3, label the area north of and adjoining Outlot B, TCAAP as
<br />County Road H in solid lettering.
<br />10. On Sheet 2 and Sheet 3, changed the stippled lettering of County Road H to solid lettering.
<br />11. On Sheets 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, add the edge of water line type and note in the legends, as it is
<br />shown on Sheet 1.
<br />12. Differentiate between the dashed and the dashed with dot line types shown on the graphic
<br />portion of each sheet, either with label, add to the legend, or remove if erroneous.
<br />13. Provide a dated and signed version.
