The City of Arden Hills (City) and Ramsey County (County) are <br />working together through the JDA to advance the development of the property, building on <br />the existing vision for development and planning documents. This Request for Information <br />(RFI) is solely informational. Responders will be notified of any future competitive <br />solicitation(s) for development. <br />
