Department of Commerce for a geothermal planning grant. She explained this would be for the <br />California portion of the project. <br />Commissioner Weber thanked the County for amending their transportation financing in order <br />to fund the Spine Road. <br />Commissioner Monson also thanked the County for amending their transportation financing, <br />stating this was great news for the entire project. She then asked if the Spine Road would be <br />designed to accommodate geothermal. Director Mitchell stated currently it is not, but this <br />could be included in the future.
