(i) No transient sales of consumer fireworks are permitted. <br /> (ii) No outdoor sales, storage or retail display of consumer fireworks <br /> is permitted. <br /> (iii)Use of fireworks and consumer fireworks is prohibited on <br /> property where sale and/or storage is permitted. <br /> (iv) Smoking is prohibited within buildings where sale and/or storage <br /> of consumer fireworks is permitted. <br /> (v) A list of consumer fireworks kept on the premises shall be <br /> available for inspection at all times. <br /> (vi)Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all consumer fireworks <br /> kept on the premises shall be available for inspection at all times. <br /> (vii) A minimum of two (2) water-type extinguishers, with <br /> minimum 2 Y2 gallon capacity shall be kept within 15 feet ofthe <br /> storage and display area(s). <br /> . D. Storage. The licensee shall comply with all applicable provisions of the <br /> State of Minnesota Building and Fire Codes. If there is a conflict between <br /> the regulations of the State and the regulations of the City, the more <br /> restrictive regulation shall control. <br /> (i) In buildings without an approved automatic sprinkler system, a <br /> maximum quantity of fifty (50) pounds net pyrotechnic <br /> composition or two hundred (200) pounds gross weight, if the <br /> pyrotechnic composition is not known, may be kept on the <br /> premises. <br /> (ii) In buildings with an approved automatic sprinkler system, a <br /> maximum quantity of one hundred (100) pounds net pyrotechnic <br /> composition of four hundred (400) pounds gross weight, if the <br /> pyrotechnic composition is not known, may be kept on the <br /> premises. <br /> E. Inspections. The premises shall be inspected at least twice annually by <br /> the Fire Chief to verify complianee with the terms and conditions of the <br /> license. <br /> . <br /> 4 <br />
