<br /> City of Arden Hills Ordinance #337 Amending Sections 210.02, 210.03 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> - COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 337 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SECTIONS 210.02, Subd. 1; 210.02, Subd. 2; and 210.03, Subd. 1, <br /> OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> 210.02 Salaries. <br /> Subd. 1. The salary .of the mayor shall be fixed at the rate of at three thousand six <br /> hundred dollars ($3,600) per annum payable by installments as determined by City <br /> C.ouncil Res.olution. <br /> Subd. 2. The salary .of each councilmember shall be fixed at the rate of three <br /> thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200) per annum payable by installments as <br /> determined by City Council Resolution. <br /> . 210.03 Couneil Meetings. <br /> Subd. 1 Regular Meetings. The City C.ouncil shall have regular meetings on the second <br /> and last Mondays of each month and shall have regular workshops on the third <br /> Monday of each month at times to be determined by City C.ouncil Resolution which <br /> shall be kept .on file with the City Administrator. If a regular or workshop meeting date <br /> falls on a holiday, the meeting shall be conducted on the next following business day. <br /> Council meetings may be adjourned and special meetings may be called at any other <br /> !time by two or more City Council members or as the Mayor may deem necessary. The <br /> first meeting of the year shall be held on the second day of January unless the second <br /> day of January shall fall upon Saturday or Sunday, in which event the meeting shall be <br /> held on Monday the third or f.ourth.
