The salary of the mayor shall <br /> be flxed at the rate of three thousand six <br /> hundred dollars ($3,600) per annum <br /> payable by installments as determined by <br /> City Council Resolution. <br /> Subd. 2. The salary of each council. <br /> meri1ber shall be fixed at the rate of three <br /> thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200) <br /> per annum payable by Installments as <br /> determined by City Council Resolution. <br /> 210.03 Council Meetings. <br /> Subd. 1 Regular Meetings. The City <br /> Council shall have regular meetings on <br /> the second and last Mondays of each <br /> month and shall have regular WOft(shops <br /> on the third Monday of each month at <br /> times to be determIned by City Council <br /> Resolution which shall be kept on file with <br /> the .
