<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />PARKS, TRAILS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE MEETING <br />TUESDAY, JULY 15, 2025, 6:30 PM <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br />CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br /> <br />Committee Chair Dan Dietz called the July 15, 2025 meeting of the Parks, Trails, and Recreation <br />Committee to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Dan Dietz, Eva Acosta, Kerri Seemann, Derek Hilding, Kate Olson, <br />Nancy Jacobson, Amelia Rogers, Liz Johnson and SJ Julius, Nikhath Nazir Ahmed <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: Park and Recreation Manager Jess Skalicky, Council Liaison Emily <br />Rousseau <br /> <br />ABSENT: Lacy Loosbrock <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Committee Member Olson moved, and Committee Member Hilding seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried unanimously among <br />members present. <br /> <br />Committee Member Seemann made a change for Cummings Park Guide 1 and 2, amend “for <br />information only” to “requesting support from the PTRC.” <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. April 15, 2025 PTRC Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION: Committee Member Seemann moved, and Committee Member Olson seconded <br />a motion to approve the meeting minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously <br />among members present. <br /> <br />On page 7 Ingerson Park is misspelled. <br /> <br />3. REPORT <br /> <br />A. Park System Plan Update <br /> <br />Casey Byers from Bolton & Menk began his presentation on the Park System Plan Update. He <br />gave a brief description of his background. He asked each commissioner to introduce themselves <br />and describe one thing they are most excited about with the completion of this plan. <br /> <br />
