The proposed home occupation would have a limited number of patrons visiting the home <br />during set hours, as the Applicant would only be seeing one client at a time, by <br />appointment. <br />15. The Applicant is the sole owner and employee of a piano lesson business. <br />16. The Applicant is the sole owner and occupant of the Subject Property. <br />17. The home occupation is conducted entirely within the dwelling. <br />18. Clients visiting the dwelling would park in the driveway on the Subject Property. <br />19. Recommend Approval with Conditions: <br /> 1. A Building Permit shall be issued prior to commencement of construction. <br /> 2. The Applicant shall comply with all sections of the City Code, including no more <br />than four vehicles parked in a driveway at any one time. <br /> 4. The Applicant shall be required to submit and maintain a Home Occupation <br />Accessory Class II License with the City while the home occupation is active. <br />2.
