<br /> <br />B. Thrift Store, Class I <br /> a. Thrift store, Class I may be permitted as a principal use if they meet the conditions <br />stipulated above for all thrift stores, conditions stipulated in the thrift store, Class I definition <br />and the following conditions. <br />i. A drive-through shall not be allowed. <br />• ODDS & ENDS AGAIN does not have a drive-through. <br /> <br />ii. There shall be no outdoor collection/donation area or receiving and transferring <br />of goods exterior of the business. All receipt and transfer of goods shall take <br />place interior of the business. The receiving of used goods, which are of either a <br />large quantity or size shall be transported to the thrift store by the Business <br />Owner in order to limit circulation impacts and traffic management to the <br />neighboring multi-tenant businesses. <br />• There is not any outdoor collection or donation area for ODDS & ENDS <br />AGAIN. <br />• All receipt and transfer of goods takes place interior of the business – we get <br />our items from our SORT TOSS PACK business. They are brought by one of our <br />vans and we tend to unload on Mondays and Tuesdays when the store is not <br />open. <br /> <br />Addressing the definition of a Class I Thrift Store, which is as follows (I highlighted the Class I <br />portion) – <br />Thrift Store. (revised 5/27/2025) A business for which the stock of goods is primarily used and <br />may include the following operational characteristics: <br /> ∙ Processing, conditioning, cleaning, or repair of used or returned items for resale. <br /> ∙ Storage of used items on site for processing, resale, or disposal. <br /> ∙ Receipt of goods through purchase, consignment, or donation. <br /> ∙ Class I: Above uses in a business located within a multi-tenant building which occupies less <br />than 7,000 square feet or less than 20 percent of the building square footage in a multi-tenant <br />building, whichever is lower. <br />
