<br />. ~ <br /> ~~HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 06-50 <br /> REQUESTING FUNDING FROM MN/DOT THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL <br /> AGREEMENT PROGRAM FOR PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS TO <br /> COUNTY ROAD E BRIDGE OVER TRUNK HIGHWAY 51 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills proposes to make pedestrian improvements to <br /> the County Road E bridge over TH 51 in Arden Hills; and <br /> AND, WHEREAS, the improvement will benefit both the City of Arden Hills and <br /> the Minnesota Department of Transportation; and <br /> AND, WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is requesting financial participation in the <br /> project from the Minnesota Department of Transportation through the Municipal Agreement <br />. program; and <br /> AND, WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is committed to providing the local share <br /> of the costs if the project is selected as part of the FY2008 Municipal Agreement Program; <br /> and <br /> AND, WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is committed to completing the project if <br /> selected and funding is provided as part of the FY2008 Municipal Agreement Program. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: that the City of Arden Hills is requesting funding from the <br /> Minnesota Department of Transportation for the pedestrian improvements to the County <br /> Road E bridge over TH 51 and is committed to completing such project and providing local <br /> share of funding. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 10TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2006. <br /> ~li~~ <br />, Michelle Wolfe, CITY ADMINI TRATOR <br /> \',Metro.ineLus\ardenhills\Adrnin\CounciIIResolutions\2Q06\06-50- Requesling funding from MnDOT fOf County Road F Improvp.mcnt~'uioc <br />
