12.32 Non -sanctioned Racing Prohibited. Racing, that is the participation of two (2) or <br />more operators of motorboats operating their motorboats in a competition of speed, <br />shall be prohibited on the waters of Lake Johanna unless the same takes place as part <br />of a scheduled or public race, regatta, tournament or other competition or exhibition <br />duly sanctioned by the county sheriff pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />86B.121, as amended. (Ord.
