STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ORDINANCE #328 <br />AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL FOR <br />LAND DISTURBANCE ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />On the 91' day of July, 2001, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance <br />328, and by '5 t affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, <br />directed that a summary of the Ordinance be published. <br />Arden Hills Ordinance No. 328 is entitled "Erosion and Sediment Control'. The <br />Ordinance describes procedures for obtaining an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan <br />Permit and further describes types of information which must be included in the <br />application. This Ordinance will become effective the day following publication of the <br />Ordinance Summary. <br />A copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular <br />business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 4364 Round Lake Road, Arden <br />• Hills, Minnesota 55112. <br />Effective Date. This ordinance will take effect and be in force after its passage and <br />official publication. <br />Adoption Date.
