THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS ZONING ORDINANCE <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby <br />ordains that the City of Arden Hills <br />Ordinance 291, Zoning Ordinance, Is <br />aNMnded to read as follows: <br />96ctlon a (C) #1 Setbacks <br />d. Lakeshore Setbacks. Minimum lakeshore <br />sedlacks are established by Minnesota DNR <br />krill development abutting lakes. No building <br />shall be located within the following minimum <br />lakeshore setbacks: <br />lake Classification Minimum <br />Setback (m <br />From Ordinary High <br />Water Mark OHM) <br />Josephine Central Development 50 <br />Johanna General Development 50 <br />Little Johanna General Development 50 <br />Round Recreation Development 75 <br />Karth General Development 50 <br />Valentine Natural Development 150 <br />Sunfish Natural Development 150 <br />Effective Date. Ordinance No. 325 shall <br />become effective the day lollowing its publica- <br />tion, or the publication of this Ordinance <br />Summary in the City's afficial newspaper. <br />Adoption Date.
