<br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 323 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> ORDINANCE 291 OF THE CITY OF . <br /> ARDEN HILLS' ZONING ORDINANCE, <br /> SECTION 4(A), RELATING TO <br /> THE RE-ZONING OF PROPERTY <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby <br /> ordain. that #1 through #7 are hereby <br /> added to Section 4(A) of the City of Arden <br /> Hilla' Zoning Ordinance to read as follows: <br /> Section 4/Al Zonina Mao <br /> 1. The properties located at 3610 and 3628 <br /> Snelling Avenue with property identiflcation <br /> number of 273023330014 and 273023330029 <br /> are rezoned from B-2 (General Business <br /> District) to N-B (Neighborhood Business <br /> District). <br /> 2. The property located at 3130 Cleveland <br /> Avenue with a property identification number <br /> of 333023330088 is rezoned from B-2 <br /> (General Business District) to N-B <br /> (Neighborhood Business District). <br /> 3. The property located at 3151 lake <br /> Johanna Boulevard with a property identifica- <br /> tion number of 333023310013 is rezoned <br /> from B-2 (General Business District) to N.S <br /> (Neighborhood Business District). <br /> 4. The property located at 1901 County <br /> Road E2 with a property identification number <br /> of 283023240022 is rezoned from R-1 (Single <br /> Family Residential District) to N-B <br /> (Neigtlborhood Business District). <br /> 5. The property located at 4703 Highway 10 <br /> with a property identification number of., <br /> 163023310001 is rezoned frem B-2 {General <br /> Business District} to N+B (Neighborhood <br /> Business District). <br /> 6. The four properties, located in the south- <br /> west quadrant of Highway 96 and Hamline <br /> Avenue, tllree of which are vacant and not <br /> acklressed and one which is addressed 4545 <br /> Hamline Avenue, with property identification <br /> numbers 223023210137, 223023210139, W- <br /> 223023210140 and 223023210133, are <br /> rezoned from B-1 (Limited Business District) <br /> 10 N-B (Neighborhood Business District), <br /> 7. The five properties, located in the <br /> southeast quadrant of Cleveland Avenue and <br /> County Road E2, with property identification <br /> numbers 283023320032, 283023320029 and <br /> those portions of 283023320006, <br /> 283023320007 and 28302332008 lying <br /> westerly of Ihe creek and abutting the <br /> improved portions of Cleveland Avenue are <br /> rezoned from B-1 (Limited Business District) <br /> to N.B (Neighborhood Business District). <br /> Effective Dllte.
