J <br /> Minutes of Special Council Meeting <br /> Village of Arden Hills <br /> November 6, 1986, 5:30 p.m. <br /> Village Hall <br /> Call to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting was called to order at <br /> 5:30 p.m. by Acting Mayor Hicks. <br /> Roll Call <br />. Present: Council members Nancy Hansen, Dale Hicks, Gary Peck and Tom <br /> Sather <br /> Absent: Mayor Robert Woodburn <br /> Also Present: Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNiesh <br /> Canvass of Votes <br /> Peck moved to certify canvass of November 4 election, declaring Robert L. <br /> Woodburn Mayor for a four year term, and Nancy K. Hansen and Dale R. Hicks <br /> elected Council members for four year terms. The motion was seconded by Sather <br /> and carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> Park Dedication and Partial Occupancy Permit for Q Petroleum - Shannon Square <br /> Sather moved, seconded by Peck, that a partial occupancy permit be approved for <br /> Q Petroleum. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) Council consensus was that <br /> park dedication be resolved before additional occupancy permits are approved. <br /> The discussion of park dedication was deferred to the November 10 Council <br /> meeting. <br /> Davanni's Temporary Special Event Si~n <br /> Peck moved to approve Davanni's Special Event sign permit, on condition it be <br /> removed by December 15. Motion was seconded by Sather and carried unanimously. <br /> (4-0) <br /> Claims <br /> Peck moved, seconded by Sather, to approve claims as submitted. Motion carried <br /> unanimously.
