<br /> . <br /> MINUTES OF CITY ELECTION <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> November 4, 1986 <br /> At the City Election of the City of Arden Hills, County of Ramsey, State of <br /> Minnesota, held at the City of Arden Hills, Precinct I, Precinct 2, Precinct 3, <br /> Precinct 4 being the places it was directed to be held by the City Council, <br /> after giving due notice thereof as provided by law, on the 4th day of November, <br /> 1986, the Election Boards, being qualified voters of said City to act as judges <br /> of such election, each of whom had before such time been designated and <br /> appointed by the City Council to act as judges of such election, each of whom <br /> duly took and subscribed an oath to faithfully discharge the duties required of <br /> . them at such election; and the said judges being duly qualified and trained <br /> forthwith opened the polls by proclamation, and the election pro~eeded by <br /> ballot without adjournment or intermission until closed. <br /> The subjects voted on at such election, as stated in the Notice, thereof, were: <br /> To Elect one Mayor for a term of four years. <br /> To Elect two Council members for terms of four years. <br /> At 8:00 p.m. of said day the polls were closed. The judges then proceeded to <br /> publicly count and canvass the votes, and a true statement thereof was duly <br /> proclaimed to the voters by the Clerk Administrator who recorded the same in <br /> the City Minute Book. <br /> STATEMENT OF RESULT OF CANVASS <br /> The following is a true statement of the result of the counting and canvass of <br /> votes by ballot at the City Election of the City of Arden Hills. County of <br /> Ramsey and State of Minnesota, held Tuesday, November 4, 1986, as proclaimed to <br /> the voters by the Election Judges: <br /> Thomas R. Sather received 1,l46 votes for Mayor <br /> Robert L. Woodburn received 1.769 votes for Mayor <br /> Write Ins received o votes for Mayor <br /> Robert L. Woodburn was declared elected Mayor for a four year term. <br /> Nancy K. Hansen received 2,029 votes for Council member <br /> Dale R. Hicks received 1,520 votes for Council member <br /> Thomas R. Mulcahy received 1,419 votes for Council member <br /> Write Ins received 3 votes for Council member <br /> Nancy K. Hansen and Dale R.
