116 <br /> b) Equivalent Lot Unit • <br /> • Equivalent lot units are determined by dividing a large or <br /> unplatted parcel of land into smaller lot units. The division of <br /> land for assessment purposes is done in a manner consistent with <br /> the City' s current zoning for the area and subdivision <br /> regulations. Questions pertaining to the "buildability" of areas <br /> to be divided into equivalent lot units are addressed by the City <br /> at the time of the determination. <br /> c) Gross Area <br /> The total area, in acres or square feet, of a lot or parcel of <br /> land including any easements.
