EXHIBIT A <br />TO <br />RESOLUTION 2025-069 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />(Per quit claim deed, Doc. No. 4123369.) <br />The South 202.3 feet of the North 1319.25 feet of the West 233 feet of said <br />Government Lot Five (5). <br />excepting <br />the portion thereof taken for Homline Avenue; <br />also the West 20 feet of the East 30 feet of the West 243 feet of said <br />Government Lot Five (5), Section 34, Township 30, Range 23 West, tying South of <br />a fine 1319.25 feet South of the North line of said tat Five (5). <br />together with and including a perpetual eocernent over and across that part of <br />said Government (.at Five (5), Section 34. Township 30, North of Range 23 West, <br />Ramsey County. Minnesota. described as follows, to —wit: The East 10 feet of the <br />West 243 feet of sold Government Lot Five (5). excepting the North 914.63 feet <br />thereof, intended hereby to grant to the sold Grantees as herein recited, a <br />perpetual easement over a strip of land 10 feet in width, lying East of the <br />property hereby conveyed. Said 10 foot strip of land extending Southerly to the <br />shore of lake Josephine, according to the united States Government survey <br />thereof. <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />
