Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br />December Council Meetin~ Schedule <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Hansen, that Council approve the following December <br />Council meeting schedule, <br />December 3 - Special Council Meeting, 5:30 p.m. at Village Hall <br />December 9 - Regular Council Meeting at 7:30 p.m. at Mounds View High School <br /> Theater. <br />December 16- Special Council Meeting at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall. <br />December 30- Regular Council Meeting at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall. <br />Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br />Sather moved, seconded by Peck, that a portion of the December 3 meeting be . <br />closed for union negotiation discussion. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br />Claims and Payroll <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Sather, that Council approve the Claims and Payroll <br />as presented. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br />Pull Tabs at Blue Fox <br />Council was referred to McNiesh's memo (11/1/85) re offer from Blue Fox that <br />Arden Hills Park Fund be the recipient of pull-tab charitable receipts. <br />After discussion, Hicks moved, seconded by Hansen, that Council enter into <br />this operation with Park Fund as beneficiary, for a period of one year, provided <br />
