Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />Rental Rehabilitation ProRram - Minnesota Housing Finance Agency <br />Council determined that, since the City has virtually no rental property, <br />City should decline being a part of this program. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll - It was moved by Hansen, seconded by Peck, that <br />Council approve the claims and payroll as submitted. Motion carried <br />unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />McNiesh reported that Mr. Vaughan has withdrawn his application for <br />amendment to Special Use Permit, and Mr. McGuire has withdrawn his appli- <br />cation for pun Concept Approval. <br /> <br />Ad;ournrnent <br />Motion was made by Hicks, seconded by Hansen, that the meeting be adjourned <br />at 11:10 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
