<br /> Ordinance 316 Neighborhood Business District December 13, 1999 <br /> . J. Pedestrian Circulation. All development within the District shall <br /> install pedestrian improvements in accordance with the City of Arden <br /> Hills Comprehensive Plan. Other pedestrian sidewalks and trails may <br /> be required by the City. <br /> (I) Site design shall facilitate pedestrian connections <br /> and mobility within and between building, sites, and <br /> uses by providing clear visual indicators through <br /> door placement, slgnage, and integrating <br /> landscaping components. <br /> (2) The city may require bike racks; racks must be <br /> placed to not impede pedestrian circulation. <br /> (3) Internal sidewalk systems shall connect with <br /> adjacent planned or developed public sidewalks or <br /> trails. <br /> k. Drainage, Wetlands and Flood Plain. A water management plan must <br /> be submitted for each project in the CC District. The plan must be <br /> approved by the Rice Creek Watershed District, other agencies as <br /> required, and the City Engineer. <br /> . (1) Regional ponding is encouraged as a visual and functional <br /> amenity; two or more sites may coordinate their water <br /> management plans for their mutual benefit. <br /> k. Utility Lines. Underground utility lines shall be required in all <br /> development within the CC District. Except for temporary measures <br /> by special permit, there shall be no utilities located overhead. <br /> Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication, <br /> or the day following publication of an approved Ordinance Summary. <br /> AdPp"pp n",.
