City staff is seeking direction <br />on the next steps with these work session agenda topics. Additionally, Council is asked to provide <br />additional context for the intended purpose of each discussion topic to make sure we are <br />researching and achieving the desired outcome. <br />Committee Commission Goal Setting — Staff Recommendation <br />The January 8, 2024, work session included a formal memo for Work Session Priorities which had <br />this item as a future agenda topic. No additional detail was listed. From the January 3, 2024, <br />minutes for the Council LMCIT Collaboration Services, there is reference to committee <br />commission reports, separate from Council updates. <br />Committee Commission Membership — Staff Recommendation <br />The January 8, 2024, work session included a formal memo for Work Session Priorities which had <br />this item as a future agenda topic.
