CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA 2026 BUDGET <br />Function: General Government Fund # 603 <br />Activity: Recycling Activity # 49520 <br />Activity Scope <br />The City contracts with a private company to pick up recycling for residents within the City. The City of Arden Hills <br />participates in a Joint Powers Agreement with Ramsey County to assist with funding the residential curbside <br />recycling program. The County Department of Property Taxation directly places a city recycling fee on residents' <br />property tax statements. Ramsey County then collects the fees and distributes them to the City with the July and <br />December tax settlements.
