Resolutions #96-01. #96-02. #96-03 and #96-04 <br /> Resolutions #96-01, #96-02, #96-03 and #96-04 are standard Resolutions <br />I approved each year designating those agencies where the City banks and <br /> invests. They also specifY who is authorized by the City to complete <br /> financial transactions and the transferring of funds by phone. <br />I 2. Official Newspaper <br />.. Staff would recommend the City Council continue working with the <br /> "Focus News" as the 1996 official newspaper. <br /> 3. Official Meetinl: Calendar <br />I Staff would recommend the City Council adopt the enclosed 1996 <br /> Meeting Calendar. <br />I b. Unfinished and New Business <br /> 1. Approval of City Appointments <br />I Staff would recommend the City Council approve the professional <br /> consultants and inspectoTs identified in the December 27,1995 <br /> memorandum from Staff. There are no recommended changes from 1995. <br />I 2. Actin!! Mayor <br /> The Council may wish to consider appointing Councilmember Aplikowski <br />I as Acting Mayor for 1996. <br /> 3.
