CITY OF ARDEN illLLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br />I RESOLUTION NO. 96-04 . <br />I RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY <br /> TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br />I WHEREAS, the First Bank St. Paul, N.A. is the depository in which funds of the City of Arden <br /> Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is <br />I presently in effect authorizing the deposit and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said corporate resolution <br />I with the following resolution: <br /> RESOLVED, <br />I 1. Anyone of the following persons: <br />I Terrance R. Post, Treasurer <br /> Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator <br />.. is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions by telephone to the FIRST BANK <br /> ST PAUL, N.A., to transfer funds on deposit with the bank: <br />I a. to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br /> b. to other accounts of this corporation with other banks. <br />I 2. The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions received by it from anyone <br />I who represents himself to be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice <br /> resembles the voice of such person. <br />I 3.
