<br />. Reasons for Plan <br /> Tornadoes, floods, blizzards, and other natural disasters can affect the City of Arden Hills. In addition, <br /> major disasters such as train wrecks, plane crashes, explosions, accidental releases of hazardous <br /> materials, and enemy attack pose a potential threat to public health and safety in Arden Hills. An <br /> emergency plan is needed to ensure the protection of the public from the effects of these hazards. <br /> Puroosc of Plan <br /> The City of Arden Hills has many capabilities and resources which could be used in response to any <br /> major disaster. These include the facilities, equipment, manpower, and skills of both government and <br /> non-government professions and groups in Arden Hills.
