<br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 313 <br /> AN ORDINANCE SUMMARY RELATING TO <br /> THE ARDEN HILLS EMERGENCY <br /> OPERArlONS PLAN <br /> The City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br /> ordains that Article I, Section 7~1 of the <br /> Code of Ordinances of the City of Arden <br /> HlUs Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> ARTICLE I. <br /> eMERGENCV OPERATIONS PLAN <br /> Section 7-1. Adoption <br /> The "City of Arden Hills Emergency Opera- <br /> tions Plan~ (EOP), consisting of pages 1 <br /> through 44, is adopted and attached as <br /> Appendix C to the Code of Ordinances of the <br /> Cily of Arden Hills, Minnesota. The EOP shall <br /> be revieWed and updated annually. A copy of <br /> the EOP shall be kept on file in the Arden Hills <br /> Adminislralive Office and may be reviewed <br /> during normal business hours. <br /> The Arden Hills Cl1y Council further <br /> ordains that A....cle I, Sections 7.2 through <br /> 7-22; Article II. Its divisions and sections; <br /> and Article III and Its sections of the Code <br /> of Ordinances of the City of Arden Hills are <br /> hereby repealed. <br /> Effective Date. <br /> This ordinance shall become effective lhe <br /> day following its publication. <br /> Adoption Date. <br /> Passed by the City Council of the Cilyof <br /> Arden Hills this 12th day of April. 1999. . <br /> A copy of the EOP is available for inspection <br /> by any person during normal business hours <br /> at the Office of the City Administrator at 4364 <br /> West Round Lake Road.
