CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 313 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE <br /> ARDEN HILLS EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN <br /> The City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills ordains that Article I, Section 7-1 of the Code <br /> of Ordinances of the City of Arden Hills is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> ARTICLE I. EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN <br /> Section 7-1. Adoption <br /> The "City of Arden Hills Emergency Operations Plan" (EOP), consisting of pages I <br /> through 44, is adopted and attached as Appendix C to the Code of Ordinances of the City <br /> of Arden Hills, Minnesota. The EOP shall be reviewed and updated annually. A copy of <br /> the EOP shall be kept on file in the Arden Hills Administrative Office and may be <br /> reviewed during normal business hours. <br /> .
