<br /> '1 <br /> -5- .1 <br /> 5.05 Final Findings Report. Upon completion of the Grant Study and not later <br /> than two (2) months after the end of the Project Activity Period, the Lendee must submit <br /> three (3) complete copies of a "Final Findings Report' for Council review and approval. I <br /> The Findings Report shall contain at a minimum the following information obtained <br /> during and as a result of the Grant Study: I <br /> a. An overall summary of the investigative Grant Study scope and activities. <br /> b. An overall summary of the investigation including an estimate of 1/1 I <br /> discovered within the study area, location(s) of III sources within the study area <br /> and suspected areas outside the study area(s), a list of potential follow-up <br /> project(s) to reduce or eliminate III sources, the cost of potential project(s), and a I <br /> cost-benefit analysis of doing the potential project(s) listed. <br /> c. A schedule for doing follow-up project(s) within the study area aimed at <br /> reducing or eliminating sources of III and an indication of whether outside I <br /> funding sources would be required by the Grantee in order to finance the <br /> project(s). <br /> 5.06 Content of Reports. The Grantee agrees to report completely and to I <br /> provide the Council with any additional or follow-up information as may be requested by <br /> Council staff. I <br /> 5.07 Copies. The Grantee agrees to provide copies of the reports specified in <br /> sections 5.01,5.02,5.03,5.04, and 5.05 to organizations and individuals upon Council .. <br /> request during the Grant Period. <br /> 5.07 Other Monitoring Activities. To assist the Council in monitoring compliance I <br /> with the grant agreement, the Grantee agrees to attend Grantee meetings as requested <br /> by Council staff and to permit site visits by Council staff, during business hours, upon <br /> reasonable notice. The Grantee agrees to submit to the Council a copy of any I <br /> promotional information regarding tl1e Grant Study disseminated by the Grantee during <br /> tl1e Grant Period. <br /> 5.08 Changed Conditions. The Grantee agrees to notify the Council immediately I <br /> of any change in conditions, local law, or any other event that may affect the Grantee's I <br /> ability to perrorm the Grant Study in accordance with the terms of tl1is agreement. <br /> VI. TIMING REQUIREMENTS <br /> I <br /> 6.01 Project Activity Period. The Project Activity Period shall consist of the time <br /> period from August 16, 1996 (the date this grant was awarded by the Council) until May I <br /> 31. 1998 [insert date which is approximately eighteen months after the date when this <br /> agreement is executed by both parties, use end of a month] that date which is eighteen <br /> months after the date when this agreement is executed by botl1 parties. The Grantee I <br /> agrees to complete the Grant Study activities described in Exhibit A during the Project <br /> Activity Period. The Council will not provide grant funds to the Grantee for any Grant .. <br /> Study activities taking place before or after the end of the Project Activity Period. <br /> I <br />
