This resolution <br /> should be considered following the completion of the Public Hearing for the 1996 Street <br /> Improvements Project. Issues that should be addressed if the project is ordered is the Council's <br /> desire to include Eide Circle and the possible deletion of Fernwood Avenue from the project. <br /> If the City Council approves of Resolution 96-13, it would be appropriate to adopt the <br /> resolution, formally ordering the improvement and authorizing the preparation of plans <br /> and specifications for the project, It is anticipated that plans would be completed with resident <br /> input to ensure as many lot or driveway specific details are included in the project. <br /> I will be present at the January 29, 1996 City Council meeting to address any questions staff or <br />-. the Council may have regarding the project. <br />- <br />J <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I. <br />I <br />I <br />
