We specifically oppose: I) The proposed <br /> elimination of the "grass island" at the end of the cu!,de-sac, 2)widening of the street, and <br /> I 3 )installalion of concrete curbs and gutters. We are in favor of performing street maintenance or <br /> street rehabilitation to include seal coats and/or millinglbituminous overlay, but not the complete <br /> reconstruction as proposed in the 1996 Street Improvement Plan.
