ADOPT AGENDA <br /> I MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the <br /> December 26, 1995 Regular City Council meeting as presented. The motion <br /> carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> I APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> I December 11, 1995, Regular City Council Meeting: <br /> I No corrections <br /> November 30, 1995, Truth in Taxation Meeting: <br /> I No corrections <br /> I MOTION: Malone moved and Keim seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the <br /> December 11, 1995 Regular City Council Meeting and the November 30, 1995 <br /> Truth in Taxation Meeting.
