The motion
carried unanimously (5-0).
I TCAAP Update
I Mr. Fritsinger reported that there was no new information regarding TCAAP.
.. Mr. Malone indicated his pleasure that Staffregularly reviews the benefit package and
the employees of the City are getting good health insurance coverage.
I Mayor Probst commented that the new office furniture purchase was good, but wants to plan for
all the staff, not just a few. Mr. Fritsinger indicated that they are working with an overall color
I scheme, and ordering stock items only.
Councilmember Hicks questioned what the City's liability would be with its police contractor in
I regards to alleged abuse by a policeman.
