I CITY OF ARDEN HILLS Ie MEMORANDUM DATE: March 19, 1996 I TO: Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator I FROM: Terrance Post, City Accountant @ I SUBJECT: Annortionment of ImDrovement Assessments At the March 25, 1996 regularly scheduled Council meeting, Council will be asked to consider I adopting two resolutions that pertain to the apportionment of assessments resulting from a Ramsey County Records and Revenue property division, Following is a brief description of these recommended resolution actions, I Resolution #96-22 (Division #DM 065530) Council may recall that reapportionment action was taken on November 27, 1995 to apportion I improvement assessments between a 35,7 acre Control Data parcel, a 2.8 acte CSM parcel and a 3,5 acre CSM parcel. The result of the current property di vision is to assign a new Property Identification Number (PIN) to the 3,52 acre CSM parcel. This new PIN more clearly shows the '- amount of square footage (.63 acres) encumbered by a ponding easement. This delineation may be useful for property valuation purposes. I This resolution specifically apportions all of the assessments pertaining to Improvement DIP No. 1783 from old PIN 22-30-23-41-0009-4 to new PIN 22-30-23-41-0011-7.
