<br />I. <br />I CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />Ie MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: March 19, 1996 <br />I TO: Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator <br />I FROM: Terrance Post, City Accountant @ <br />I SUBJECT: Annortionment of ImDrovement Assessments <br /> At the March 25, 1996 regularly scheduled Council meeting, Council will be asked to consider <br />I adopting two resolutions that pertain to the apportionment of assessments resulting from a <br /> Ramsey County Records and Revenue property division, Following is a brief description of these <br /> recommended resolution actions, <br />I Resolution #96-22 (Division #DM 065530) <br /> Council may recall that reapportionment action was taken on November 27, 1995 to apportion <br />I improvement assessments between a 35,7 acre Control Data parcel, a 2.8 acte CSM parcel and a <br /> 3,5 acre CSM parcel. The result of the current property di vision is to assign a new Property <br /> Identification Number (PIN) to the 3,52 acre CSM parcel. This new PIN more clearly shows the <br />'- amount of square footage (.63 acres) encumbered by a ponding easement. This delineation may <br /> be useful for property valuation purposes. <br />I This resolution specifically apportions all of the assessments pertaining to Improvement DIP No. <br /> 1783 from old PIN 22-30-23-41-0009-4 to new PIN 22-30-23-41-0011-7. <br />I Resolution #96-23 (Division #DM 065530) <br /> This resolution is similar in nature to Resolution #96-22 in that it specifically apportions all of <br />I the assessments pertaining to Improvement DIP No. 5163 from old PIN 22-30-23-41-0009-4 to <br /> new PIN 22-30-23-41-0011-7, <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />if <br />I <br />
