Committee Appointments <br />I The Council is asked to appoint Ted Brausen to the Economic <br /> Development Committee, <br />Ie 2. 1996 Business License Renewals <br /> The Council is asked to approve the last of the 1996 business license <br /> renewals. <br />. 3, Resolution #96-22. Apportionment relating to W-78-5 <br />I The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-22, relating to the <br /> apportionment of assessments relating to improvement No. W -78-5, This <br /> apportionment relates to activity at the CSM/Control Data property located <br />I on Lexington Avenue. <br /> 4. Resolution #96-23. Apportionment relating to ST-81-2 <br />I The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-23, relating to the <br /> apportionment of assessments relating to improvement No, ST -81-2. This <br /> apportionment is also related to the activity at the CSM/Control Data <br />I property located on Lexington Avenue, <br /> 5. Planning Case #95-16. BaIfanv Preliminary Plat <br />I The City Council is asked to refer this case back to the Planning <br /> Commission for additional review. This action is requested as a direct <br />I result of changes in the plat. Because this case was submitted to the City <br /> for review prior to law changes made during last years Legislative session, <br />" the City can refer this back to the Planning Commission without asking for <br /> a formal application withdrawal from the applicant. <br />I <br />
