<br />I <br />I RESOLUTION 96 - 20 <br />I- <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />I A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br /> BIKE TRAIL IMPROVEMENT OF 1996 <br />I <br /> WHEREAS pursuant to Resolution 96-14, competitive bids were solicited and received for the <br />I 1996 Bike Trail improvement as set forth in the bid tabulation attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference; and <br />I WHEREAS the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibility of the <br /> bidders and determined that Thor Construction, Inc., is the lowest responsible <br />I bidder; <br />I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: <br />.. 1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the <br /> City, such contract with Thor Construction, Inc., as is approved by the City Attorney for <br /> the completion of the 1996 Bike Trail improvement according to the approved plans and <br />I specifications designated in Resolution 96-14, <br /> 2.
