We believe <br /> the loss of our front lawns to concrete and asphalt would plunder the <br /> the Integrity of our neighborhood. We feel the loss of mature oak and <br />I pine trees would demolish the values of our homes. <br />II Pascal Avenue North Is a dead end street 80 therefore has a minimum <br /> volume of traffic. The Avenue is not a primary route for emergency <br /> vehicle8 and, In our opinion, the probability of fire trucks not being <br />I. able to get through is not a factor. Besides. the current street width <br /> has safely provided service for many decades now. <br />I We request 8 variance of Greg stonehouse's twenty-four foot street <br /> design.
