Planning Commission Recommendation <br />I The Planning Commission recommends approval of Planning Case 96-01, preliminary <br /> plat including the variance to allow the use ofa private driveway, be recommended for <br /> approval, subject to the following conditions: <br />I I. Provision of the required driveway easement prior to final plat approval; <br />I 2. Provision of adequate sediment and erosion control measures; <br /> ~ Payment of the appropriate park dedication fee; <br /> ~. <br />I 4.
