The project also allows only 35 days for construction in order to be complete by the <br />I first week of August, 1996. <br /> <br />We anticipate this letter adequately addresses the City's requirements for a preliminary <br />I report regarding the proposed improvements. Again, the project is technically feasible <br />from an engineering standpoint.
