I
Page 3 I
Notes: --
Note #1 : I
We include a master electrician and permits in our above price. We also include
new conduit and cable from the iift station to the panel at the top of the hill. I
Note #2:
We include $2000,00 in the above price for restoration of the area and hill after I
completion. If the city wants to do the restoration, please deduct $2000.00
from the above price.
Note #3: I
We would execute the remodel within 4-6 weeks after receiving award from the
city. We would like notice to proceed ASAP. This would allow us to insulate the I
area to be dug with hay bails to avoid freezing of the ground.
Note #4: I
The above proposal is based on the city gaining the neccessary permission
from the land owners for access of a truck and back hoe to the station. We
feel the least amount of restoration will be necessary if done during the winter ..
months while the ground is frozen. It is also assumed the city will discard all
removed equipment and concrete from the station.
Note #5: I
At the option of Quality Flow and the City of Arden Hills Public Works Director,
we will offer an additional $2000.00 credit off the above price if the existing I
top slab remains and we cut the new pump openings into the existing top slab
and install the access cover at grade using concrete filler rings.
Note #6: I
We include by-pass pumping including all neccessary hose. It would be the cities I
responsibility for any baracades or warning lights. It would also be the cities
responsibility to notify it's snow plow staff in the event of snow. It is our intent
to bypass for 6-8 hours maximum. I
Deliverv I
Pumps = 4-6 weeks
Controis = 4-6 weeks
Access cover = Stock I
Concrete section = 2-3 weeks
..
I
!
