The Staff has previously provided the City Council with the Staff memorandums <br /> on this case as well as the minutes of the March 6, 1996 regular meeting of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br />I Case 95-22. International Paper. 1300 Red Fox Road. Site Plan <br />I A. Reouest <br /> The applicant is requesting approval of a site plan to facilitate a 49,047 square foot <br /> expansion to their facility on a 12.151 acre parcel zoned I-Flex (Exhibit A). <br />Ie B. Background <br />I The property under consideration in this request currently contains a 161,970 square foot <br /> manufacturing facility. International Paper manufactures corrugated paper products <br /> (cardboard boxes). International Paper would employ approximately 105 employees, 25 <br />I office employees and 80 manufacturing jobs in three shifts, with this expansion. <br /> International Paper wishes to expand their operation by adding a 18,000 square foot <br /> addition on the South side of the building, 24,920 square foot addition on the North side <br />I of the building, and a 6,127 square foot addition on the East side of the building. <br /> C. Planning Commission Recommendation <br />I The Planning Commission recommends Planning Case 95-22, site plan, be approved, <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br />I 1. Provision of the required landscape performance bond as required by the Zoning <br /> Ordinance; <br /> 2. Provision of the required silt fencing adjacent to all areas that are to be distributed <br />I by the proposed expansion; <br /> 3. Approval of the grading, drainage, and sediment/erosion control plan by the Rice <br />I Creek Watershed District; and <br /> 4. Compliance with the City Engineer's letter dated March 4, 1996, prior to <br />it consideration of this case by the City Council. <br />I <br />
