Valid issues have been raised and <br /> addressed. <br /> I We are comfortable with the approval requirements' referenced <br /> in your letter of Jl.)?ril 4, 1996 (copy enclosed),; with one caveat <br /> regarding items 8&9., Sp~cificallY, w~ concur with the Titeral <br /> interpretation of application. That is, if and only if Tracts <br /> I A&B' might be sold, or if a building permit for a new structure <br /> on Tract ~might be issued, then the requirements of items 8&9 <br /> would be compelled. <br /> .. It is my fa.mily'sodesire to keep our homestead as a residence <br /> for Geruth BUetow's own family. However, so much effort, time, <br /> and expense have .been expended that we feel quite strongly its' <br /> I justification is in completion of this three lot replat. <br /> Since Geruth will be using Tracts A&B for'the Single residence, <br /> removal of thesG pertinent amenities,would detrimentallY impact <br /> the character and historic function of the site. <br /> I Tfierefore, we respectfully request of City Conncil approval of <br /> our submission.
