<br />I .' ~9) r. ~. <br /> Lf~! ,", ,!i;" r <br /> ~~~(..~~~ <br />~- ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION - JUNE 5.1996 13 <br />I Councilmember Malone stated the Amble final plat was approved. <br />I Councilmember Malone stated that the owner of the outlot off Hamline A venue in the Indian Oaks <br /> development deeded the City a pond which provides drainage to the neighborhood. <br />I Councilmember Malone stated he agreed with the frustration of the applicant, Control Data <br /> Corporation, in tabling the item for further information. <br />I COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />I Commissioner Rye stated that an easement would be an option for the City to have ownership of the <br /> parking area for the Control Data PUD. Mr. Ringwald stated he would share the idea with the Parks <br /> and Recreation Committee. <br />I Mr. Ringwald noted that background material had been distributed to the Planning Commissioners <br />I for their individual task force assignments. <br /> Mr. Ringwald stated that development in the Gateway Business Park is moving forward. He stated <br />Ie a developer has agreed to purchase approximately half of the property, and will hopefully be <br /> presenting a 500,000-square foot master plan later this summer. <br />I Commissioner Sand inquired when the reconstruction of County Road D and Cleveland will begin. <br /> Counci1member Malone replied he believed it would begin sometime this summer. <br />I ADJOURNMENT <br /> Sand moved, seconded by Nelson, to adjourn the meeting at 11 :02 p.m. The motion passed <br />I unanimously (7-0). <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />" <br />I <br />
