Mayor Probst stated his recollection that there I <br />was a general consensus to go in the direction reflected in the minutes. <br />Mayor Probst encouraged staff to keep the city hall RFQ process as tight as possible. With I <br />regard to discussion of the Country Road F name change, Mayor Probst advised it is not the <br />Council's intention to only investigate the notification process, but to also determine what would <br />be appropriate in terms of notification. I <br />MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to approve the May 28, 1996, <br /> Regular Council Meeting minutes and the June 17, 1996, Council Worksession I <br /> Meeting minutes as corrected. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br />CONSENT CALENDAR . <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br />MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Consent I <br /> Calendar as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents .. <br /> contained therein.
